Looking the part is a big part of Cyberpunk. Here are a number of retailers and designers who provide some of the material. Some of these outfits are more obviously c-punk than others, while others can provide a framework to build upon. The street will always find it's own uses for something.
This design house out of Bulgaria has punk to spare. Take both Blade Runner movies, run them through a galaxy far far away, then pass them through Thunderdome.
